Having had my computer hijacked by a friend's boyfriend who thought it funny to log on to 'those' sites, I have just about cleaned up all the viruses and spyware he also downloaded but have various sites listed on my rented laptop as having been visited. Is there any way of removing the evidence of use of these sites? also, I now find I am being targetted by spam e mails from these sites, is there any way I can stop them?
