help lads please.runninig xp pro.sometimes when i open a web page ablank folder opens.tried shredder and spybot,still doing my head in.getting to the stage where ill punch the screen in.know what im saying.send an email direct if ya can to chrismellor92@hotmail.com.cheers

As a first response you might want to post a HijackThis log for review by our Pros in that section:

Please follow the instructions HERE & then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs section.
(Not in this section please).

Please specify what issues you appear to be experiencing along with your log.

Take deep breaths
then if you have been good and lisitend to the computer gods
use computer restore if not, run hijack this and post it in the Hijack this thread not here, when you post in the jihack this thread, post what your problem is, and good luck
