when your computer comes on, repeatidly tap F8 or Del (depending on make of your computer), you should see a blue screen with gray writing, navigate to 'boot sequence' (using the keyboard) and press enter and then i think you use +/- buttons on the numeric section or your keyboard to move each device up or down in the list (which changes the boot sequence)
press enter and then Esc, go to save changes and exit, then press enter
