Print to file Question

Good evening!
I am currently studying to improve how I use my computer. I need help with a question that, hopefully, someone may be able to explain in detail. How do I do the following?

Question.
Print to file My Documents\nccwork\Marketing\Strategy\Stratergies.d oc saving it toMy Documents\nccwork\marketing\strategy and calling it strategy.prn when prompted.

Its the Print to File bit that I`m having a problem with.

Would be very gratefull for any help.

i presume your using ms word
click file
print
there should be a check that says print to file
click it
click ok
a save box shold come up
save as you would normally
