Shuting down

Hey again. Im in recent troubles with my notebook. It simply shuts down with no reason. I wwent to the event viewer and it says:

What is the exact make and model of the laptop?

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware and or software?

What happens when it shuts down? Powers Off? Freezes? Error reports Blue Screen? Reboots?

Is it very hot?

Well, the model is Acer Travelmate 2700..is relatively new, i bough it a year and a half more or less. ive had a trouble last year and you guys resolve it for me, but it was related to the drives of the internet modem...but recently ive had a problem and had to format the the note book,and install everything again, even that drives because the net wasn´t workin well.but i though that everything was alright when sudently the computer shuts itself. Turns off, that is, power off. and ive had to clic the start button again pass a few minutes. it doesn reeboot, but when i start again the blue screen appears. yeah...its a fact that this notebook heats a little.

Heats a little or gets very hot? The shutdown and slow restart indicate a heat problem.

Does this happen often? Does it matter what you are doing?

Are the fans on the bottom clean? Work with it on your lap and note the heat rise. Run videos or games.

Again the ANBMService might be protecting the CPU from excessive heat.

well it gets very hot but now was strange. I didnt work it him all day and now when i was turning it e shuts itself in 6 seconds. it wasn´t hot. then i had to change to the batery, because i was only with AC adapto,and he started. yes the vans are clean. can it be anything else besides heat problems? when he started again the blue screen appear.but i couldnt read what he said.

If you can get back in to XP change this setting:

rt. click My Computer then click Properties then Advanced then Startup and Recovery Settings then unclick Automatically restart

If you have problems booting XP try Safe Mode:

Try booting into Safe Mode by repeatedly tapping the F8 key after your BIOS POST but before Windows starts.

Also: look in your Event viewer: rt. click My Computer then click Manage then Event Viewer.
Or: Administrative Tools/Event Viewer or Start/Run/ eventvwr
Open the system as well as the application tabs & look for X errors. Click error line for details.
Post back the source & event id & Description especially of errors that seem to coincide with this issue.
Also check the Information lines that might coincide with this issue.

hey there..sorry my delay...

the only errors that i saw in the event viewer were this ones:

Event 1

I dont now what to do more...i even ask the acer support to send me another AC adapter because the old one doesnt charged the battery cooorectly and didnt had the enough strenght to keep the notebook running. So i though that it was broken or it wasnt stablishing the right connection with it..since it gets very hot near the fans and near the connection. what should i do more? is it really the problem the over heat? thanks again

do you rally think that the problem is in the network device? is strange because the ac adapter doesnt stablish connection with the pc, so it doesnt permit to turn on the pc..only with the battery charged.

What should i do with those sites, what should i download?
