plz HELP ME I beg u...........i need help

Well i got windows xp home edition
and I couldnt go to the internet....
i tried everything nothing happens
and when i opened my antivirus (kaspersky) it said that i didnt scanned emails.....

hm...then i installed wondows as a 1d time on my pc
so now i have 2 times windows on my pc

and this is the 2d on (where i am now on) and with this on i CAN on the internet

and with the first 1 i CANT on the internet...

and when i try to play a game it says cannot find a ...... 3D devices


and how can i get my antivirus also on this version......

plz help me i dont know what to do

Is this a new computer? Were you upgrading to XP? Were you using a Recovery Disk?

If you have a full version XP CD I would start from scratch with a Clean Install:

Also does your CD have SP2?



That being said you need to reinstall Kaspersky onto the XP that you want to use.

As to 3D if your graphics device is capable of 3D then you probably just need the drivers.

If the card or chip is not 3D capable you would need to upgrade the card.
