When it came back up the laptop was really really slow and still is and know i cant open anything to unbridge my conections or to uninstall Zonealarm Pro can someone please please tell me what to do please. And dont ask why i bridged my conections i dont even know. I think it is slow cause of the bridge but i cant open my control pannel and go to network conections to unbridge them cause it wont let me it will just freeze

Try booting into Safe Mode by repeatedly tapping the F8 key after your BIOS POST but before Windows starts.

From here you could try a System Restore to a point prior to the ZA install:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

If that doesn't help you can try to remove ZA in Safe Mode and or reset your settings.
