wipe and reload

I know that there is another topic regarding this, but the link provided is dead. I guess the domain name subscription is over w/. Can someone give me a link on a step by step way to reload xp. I have a dell dimmesion w/ all of the disks but I just want to make sure i do it correctly. Thanks in advance.
