Cant find graphics card driver. dont know manufctr either?

Cant find graphics card driver. dont know manufctr either?
Recently i wiped my hard drive but now i have it back up an running i cannot get off of 16bit 600x800 pixels res.

Anyone know how i can find out the model/manufacturer of my graphics card and get a driver for it?

please go here download belarc advisor and run, it should give you lots of details about your PC
