need help

i have some thing that just has been comming up on my pc and i need help with it....please somebody.........all of a sudden i get these error messages , when i start up my pc.......in the box it says error loading c:\progra~1\uninst~1.dll , and the other one is ......c:\progra~1\newdot~\newdot~1.dll.........can t seem to get rid of it and the bad thing about it is that i took my pc and had it to be fix of what ever was causing the problem and it still doing it .....lol....too funny ,have to laugh at some thing....lol, but i do need some help with the this error loading message boxes...if any one can help me please....thanks
