formatting without losing drivers etc. How??

im formatting my hard drive via re-installing win XP but i dont want to lose my hardware drivers since i dont have the hardware driver disks.

How can i do this or where can i find them to save them to a floppy if possible?

why do you need to format, have you tried system restore or a repair instalation that way you'll keep all you settings
