Help pc pretty bad noobie to computers dont really know anything

virus popups keep on coming up my bottom right screen wont change is says routet univailable and trojan virus warning kepp on poping up i have morpheus i tihnk its the problem but my freind say if i delete it it wiil still be in the registry and not to go in the registry so please help with my computer
