help concerning the c drive

i was trying to install a program onto my computer and it told me to create a new directory on the c drive. now is that the same as just simply creating a new folder onto the c drive or is that something completely different?

Re: help concerning the c drive

Most programs do this automatically.

Will say such as: Install to C:/Program Files/ etc.

What was the exact program?

Wow! That looks like an amazing program!

Anyway back to your question: a Directory is just a folder for this program. I am surprised that it is not created automatically. If you need to create it manually it should be like C:/Program Files/Maya
