Hi and welcome to D-A-L

have you connected the router to the modem,

have you set it up using cables, does it work?

This may seem a bit stupid but I don't know how to connect the router to the modem ,thought this would all happen when I used the windowas set up wizard.
Is it easy to check they are connected ?
Thanks for reply

Re: Wireless Connection

what model number is it?

the connection from the modem to the PC is like a telephone connection, that'e Ethernet.

the modem/router has a cable that comes from the router to the phone line, then how many y ports has the router got on the back labled LAN?

Re: Wireless Connection

the modem/router should connect to the phone line, you shouldn't need the speedtouch
