Question Browser Problems

Hi, I recently had an issue with a trojan on my computer, a friend of the family checked computer and informed I had 74 probles (i.e trojans or other viruses) I think I got these while download free music using a P2P network! Anyway He added zone alarm and adaware to my computer which I'm sure is helping but now when I'm on the internet some web searches(e.g compare home insuranceand napster) won't work, it always mentions javascript or activex problems, I have tried to enable them but still no joy. Please help! Would it be a good idea to have all programs removed from my laptop and start again?

Re: Browser Problems

As a first response you might want to post a HijackThis log for review by our Pros in that section:

Please follow the instructions HERE & then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs section.

(Not in this section please).

Please specify what issues you appear to be experiencing along with your log.
