[COLOR=Red]Command Prompt Strange Problem[/COLOR]

hi gus i m penno ,
i am new 2 this site newly registered .

the problem : it is that whenever i open command prompt , task manager , reg edit i get a error that my command prompt ,task manager or reg edit has been disabled my the administer. i fixed this problem through gpedit.msc (typing in run). it fixed it but whenever i restart or on every start i need 2 go to gpedit.msc do all the settings.
pls help me on this guys badly troubled by this problem.
