control panel system componets

I get message please go to control panel and install system conponets, where do I do that at? Thanks, trying to install microsoft 2003

Are you trying to install Server 2003 or Office 2003?

just office 2003 but it finally went and I don't know what I really did to get it to load, thanks for the reply, do you know what it was talking about?
