Formatting second hard drive

Hi

Just built a new pc with two sata-2 hard drives. One is 80Gb the other 250Gb, windows XP SP2. On installing XP I put it on the 80 Gb one. System works OK but in 'my computer' the second HDD is not shown. It does show in boot up screen and in device manager so I assume it is not formatted. As I cannot see it how can I format it? I want the drives to operate seperately not as a raid array.

Thanks Malc

Re: Formatting second hard drive

It should be in Disk Management.

Right click My Computer then click Manage then Disk Management

Right click in the box area to the right of the title and choose Format...
