2 major problems!

Okay i've never used these forums before but i am totally at a loss as to what to do

I agree to fix my friends computers and reformat/install windws xp but i'm having trouble with both.

computer 1 has windows 2000 on it and is locked by an admin password. We don't have the admin password and without it i cant bypass anything in order to reformat OR install. is there anything i can do to clear the admin password so i can reformat?

and computer 2 has an onboard ethernet and doesn't load the drivers in windows xp. I tried looking online for drivers but i can't find what i need. i need the drivers specific to that hardware do i not?

on top of that both computers have none of the original software so i'm really going at it blindly.

on the admin password, we can't help in any way to bypass any security measure put in place

computer 2 what make motherboard is it?
