when i open my email or go on the web sites the pages are to big for my scrren . please somebody help

Hi, i don't know what tou exactly means, but for a better view of your desktop you can try to adjust the resolution by:
right click on a clean surface of your desktop/properties/settings/screen resolution.
I guesss you musst have less than 1024x768 (example 800x600), so you can adjust it to 1024x768. try it
