system resore

hi. i have had occasion to use RE-load Cd. All programs working perfectly except
SYSTEM RESTORE. I have tried using different restore dates but all came back with
" cannot restore to that date". can anyone help,please. I am running Windows XP

Try to reset it by right clicking My Computer then click Properties then System Restore.

Turn it off then turn it back on. This will remove all past points but should reset it for the future.
