lsass.exe hates my guts!!!

I've posted here a few times before and have never been let down by any of you. Here is my particular issue I am now having.
I have never in my computer's life experienced what I am experiencing now.
My computer has been asking me to restart it for some unknown reason. I was lucky enough to get some screen caps before she re-booted:

This is generally a worm.

As a first response you might want to post a HijackThis log for review by our Pros in that section:

Please follow the instructions HERE & then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs section.

(Not in this section please).

Please specify what issues you appear to be experiencing along with your log.
