Windows Control Panel: what is Windows Driver Pckge MSN (usbccgp) USB (04/19/2006 1.1.0.2)

Scrolling through 'Install Applications', within Windows Control Panel, I noticed my laptop has an application installed (whose name is reported in question title above) which seems to use 4,959 MB.
Is it this a correct estimate? Is there a way for the user to find out more about what this application is precisely needed for? (clearly related to MSN).

It is installed with and for Windows Live Messenger.
