Udf

Hi, I have a problem when I start up the PC, (XP) this message appears:
'B's UDF driver is not installed properly. Set up the B's UDF driver again.' I'm stuck! My pc wont recognise any discs I load, and it appears that I only have a floppy drive and a C drive when I go into my computer...can anyone help me please??

p.s. I'm not very computer litterate so explanations in idiot form will be greatfully accepted!

Right click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager.

Click the "+" next to DVD/CD-ROM drives

Right click on your drive and then click Uninstall.

Reboot the computer and XP should reload the drivers.
