forgotten password for user

i'm doing thsi to help my brother as he can no longer use his computer.

My brother has his on user section on his computer with a password, now his has forgotten his password and with no hint he cant remember it, there is no other username on there to go into instead just his user. We have tried starting the computer in safe mode but we then come to the same beginning menu with the username and now have an administrater section on there that also has a password. We have tried everything to get into the computer but we have now drawn a blank.

Any help on how to get into the computer would be a help, i hope i have given enough info

I'm sorry we can't help in any way to bypass any system that has been put in place to stop unauthorised use.
