Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I've switched off Widnows Auto Update BTW, even the service. Does it look like I have a parasitic version of it?

Re: EventViewer is showing this error???

Is wuauclt.exe running in your Task Manager?

I would suggest navigating to that file and put it into Move On Boot and reboot.
