realplayer stuck

Hi,all

Im a novice on computer.Ive tried to download realplayer
rp8-complete2-u1 so I can listen to one of my fave radio stations.Im using win xp.The download is in shared docs.When clicking on "listen on the web" I get error page at bottom left.When clicking on the rp8 icon in shared docs,I get the message"C:\documents and settings\all users\documents\rp8-complete2-u1setup.exe is not a valid window 32 application.Whats windows 32? Im on xp. Any answers...please

Windows 32 is your base system. It is the 32 bit version of XP.

If you are getting a Setup.exe from trying to launch Real Player then it was never installed (or not properly).

I would suggest uninstalling what you already downloaded and uninstall all Real Player software from start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs

Then go back to their web site and download again. When downloading do not Save but Run the download.
