Delete Files from C Drive

I am having trouble deleting some files and programs. Can't seem to get going at the cmd level.

What is the trouble? What is the error? What are you trying to do at the command prompt?

Deleted files and folders could be recovered but make sure that what types of problem you are facing with your computer and what exact error message on your screen. Make Sure, then try to Proceed.

1. Types of Error message.
2. Error no. code.
3. time interval between two error. etc.
