Please Urgent Help!!

GREETINGS...... I AM FREQUENTLY GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHENEVER I RESTART OR SHUT DOWN MY COMPUTER.....
IT IS AS FOLLOWS:

THE INSTRUCTION AT "0x70B2a117" REFERENCED MEMORY AT "0x0103ba48". THE MEMORY COULD NOT BE "WRITTEN". WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND HOW TO SOLVE IT ONCE AND FOR ALL????!!!!

If this is a new problem try a system restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > System Restore

There are many possibilities for this error. Mainly it is a third party software that is not shutting down nor starting as it should.

Have you added new software when this issue occurred? I see many instances of Norton/Symantec software causing this error.

Does it also trigger your CAPS LOCK KEY !!!!!
