need help with d-a-l scan

hello
i used the d-a-l hardware scan like a year ago and it worked, but now i tried it on all of my computers and it doesn't. When i press scan now a new window appears with the categories like "OS information" and "Processor" and so on but it doesn't show the actual numbers. The space where MY computer's info is suposed to be, is empty. please help!

does anyone know a different site with a similar hardware scan where its free and u don't have to download programs, just like the d-a-l scan?
