windows startup help

when i start up windows i get this error on my desktop rundll error loading c:\windows\system32\gcmynjqs.dll this specified module could not be found
also getting pop ups i cant stop them turned up blocker used windows defender and spyware doctor anti virus found a trogen spyware and removed it but still get the popups can anyone help

I would suggest posting another HijackThis log over in that section.

You could also check start Run... msconfig | Startup

See if you can locate an entry similar to gcmynjqs and remove it from starting.
