Angry Drive D. and E. Problem

I'm having an issue with my D and e drive, I'm mostly concened with d. I can burn a cdR But it won't read or play it back. For some reason CD-rw is not a problem, It will play or show them well, As for E drive , It wont play anyting, Both got the problem about the same time. The properties of each say 0 bytes used and 0 bytes free, but they show all blue as if all used. Doe's anyone know what's going on and how to correct this?
Thank you, Stephen

Re: Drive D. and E. Problem

You could try a lens cleaner disk on both, just in case.

Re: Drive D. and E. Problem

You could set the IDE channel to PIO rather than DMA just to test:
