windows up-date failed!

Every day my pc tells me when im either turn off my computer where it says turn off has the update symbol shield everytime, and when i turn on my computer the yellow symbol is up. I click on it and it updates and tell me it has failed. the office 2003 outlook has failed. not sure why it is doing that. If anyone knows please let me know.

Is this update listed in Windows Update?

If so try to get it there. If it fails you should get an error report.
