WindowsXP, remote access?

How can I find out if someone has remote access to my computer?

Can anyone give me a clue to what programs would indicate this? Please?

Last posting, sorry. New to this.

Disable all guest and remote accounts under User Accounts in the Control Panel.

Turn off Remote Services via start Run... services.msc

Belarc lists all Users and logins.

Do all of the above.

You can also go to your task manager (Ctrl+ALT+DEL) check Users on your computer and Applications running. Make sure you know what they are.

I can no longer access users. This screen comes up empty. Task manager doesn't even list me as a user. It does only when I click on exit, it says, "stotle, logoff"???? It is strange. Thank you to all that responded. I greatly appreciate your time and help.
