What is Time Executable

here of late, every time I start the computer, and sometimes while you are working, I get the "Time Executable has failed to open, or must close" messge, and it does.
And nothing else is affected by this - is this some kind of spyware, malware, adware - or just one of those useless nuisances windows so loves to log your system down with?

I would at least like to know what has failed to execute, it never calls its a dll or exe or anything else, and legit programs DO tell you the extension that failed.

Please read THIS and after completing the steps outlined post a HijackThis log over in that section along with a brief description of your problem.
