Black Core Trojan

Hello all

Spybot search and destroy found this black core trojan by kill home inc. I did the repair. spybot search and destroy says that this trojan attaches itself to the directory. My pc is running very slow is there anything else that i can do to make sure that this trojan was completely removed.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
