session3_initialization_failed what is that

its in all caps right after the windows logo appears like a spit second so fast i had to take a pick to see what it said..... it does that then restart then it does a little loop de loop all day long what do i do if i boot it in safe mode it does the exact same thing

Are you trying to boot a CD?

This error often implies a faulty CD drive.

If you weren't already: try booting your XP CD.

before the cd drive dint work but the xp cd hasnt come in yet

I would disconnect the CD drive and see if the error persists.
