Lost the "TASK MANAGER" and "FOLDER OPTIONS" from my computer

Please help me.the "task manager" option from the taskbar options in my computer and the "folder options" from the toolbar in explorer.What should i do now.Niether i can end applications from task manager nor i can see the hidden files from folder options.i can only hide the files but cannot see them back.Olease help me
