My PC invaded by Worm selling Anti Virus Software

My computer has been invaded by a company selling AV software. I can't find the source, and my AVG & System Mech programs can not get rid of it in virus scans, Also cleaned out Internet cookies, history, etc. Did a search also, but do not know what to look for.

I have been infected/ or had a program installed in my PC without my knowledge nor permission. I can not delete it and does not show up anyplace I can find. It has constant pop ups informing me I have virus;s, etc, and is trying to have me download/buy various spyware programs. Keeps telling me I have all kinds of horrible bugs, worms, etc
I have written to them to d elete this pest. So far no response.
