Would be grateful for some advice. My son and I share a computer and on my site sending and receiving emails is fine. At the moment my son is unable to send or receive, the Error message being "The Server does not support a SSL connection Account 'pop3.uwclub.net' Server smtp.uwclub.net' Protocol SMTP Server response '250 HELP Port 25.
Secure SSL Yes Server Error 250. Error Number Ox800CCC7D. As we are quite new to using computers, no quite sure what to do. Jean.

SSL, in your message, is a protocol for secure transfers. Basically, your mail server will not send and recieve secure email. Your email client, the program you use to look at and send emails, may have been changed from the original configuration. You might want to contact uwb.net.
