adobe acrobat 8.0 pro and adobe reader 8.1 wont work

i got frustated with my adobe application coz right now i cant view any pdf file
coz when i start my adobe reader or acrobat it wont start coz the time i it show the licence agreement it only show white blank and nothing i can click at that screen..

is it bcause of some windows services that i disable... if so plz help me to specify what services that actually this adobe reader or acrobat needed to activate...

Anyway have you purchased the above software? Did it ever work?

before i reinstall my windows xp it's work perfectly...
for additional information that i install my self costumized windows using nLite which of their several services already i turn off.

and also right now my scansoft omnipage 15 pro doesnt want to work either it show a window that told me :
"Omnipage.exe - Entry Point not found"
"The procedure entry point _kRecSaveUD@12 could not be located in the dynamic link library KernelAPI.dll."

my shift key work PERFECTLY but my punctuation key "' frustated """..

the time i press my punctuation key it not show any punctuation " but it's appear the next time i press another button, like this ' (it shown after i press space bar)
does it show any virus or spyware on my computer?
