OK, simply put, your RAM is working for you. This is better as RAM is much faster than a hard disk continually receiving and sending your data to your running applications. If you're not seeing an overall slowdown of your machine, all is fine.
If your swap file is indeed not being utilized, (while maintaining your current applications efficiencies), you could reduce the size of it if you are in need of more disk space. Keep the "new" size to just over 1 GB (1.2, 1.3, etc) so it can hold everything in RAM if need be.
Alternatively, you could let Windows manage it.
Keep in mind you need 12:15% free disk space for defragging operations.
