hi all...thanks for having this help site!!

ok heres my problem...the windows start button does nothing when i click it...right or left..even putting the pointer over the button i get no description of what it does...

was thinking of a rollback but i wanted to start here first..

also i looked on here for a similar prob but didnt really see anything ..so if there is something on this topic somewhere...sorry for making a new one....thank you very much...

You might try a System Restore to a point prior to your problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
