how to delete microsoft money

i tried to delete microsoft money from add and remove programs.but when i turned my pc back on it will not put my home page back on a message comes on saying error microsoft money is running i have been told i have to delete it as well in task manager engine i have not got a clue as i have only had my p c a month can anyone help me please

Go to: start > Run... msconfig | startup > and uncheck it and reboot.

When told you are in a diagnostic mode just tell it to not tell you that again.
