Major Problems after InterActual
Hi computer smarties. I hope you can help us. My sig-o and I tried to watch a DVD on our computer and it told us we had to download/install InterActual in order to watch it. We did, and the movie (Indian Jones and the Last Crusade) worked. But when we tried to play another DVD later, none of our other media players would work. We then tried to uninstall Interactual, but that made our whole system go nuts. Media Player, Real Player, InterVideo Win DVD, Nero...nothing works anymore, not even InterActual after we re-installed it. We keep getting a message to update our drivers for our video card, but we've done that now too, and still nothing. We're at a loss. A computer saavy friend of ours told us that InterActual destroys your computer and that we have to reformat the hard drive and start over, but I'm hoping that's not the case. I can hold my own with computers, but really don't know much about these kinds of things. Please help!
