partial window

I work on winXP, IE7.
when clicking on a link the window doesn't open in full screen size and i must always enlarge it.
what can be done to force the page to open fully?
pls advise

Re: partial window

Take a page that does not open fully and first verify that the icon next to the red X in the upper right corner is a double box and not single.

Then drag that page to full size. Click the edges or corners when you see the <-> cursor and hold and drag it to fill the screen.

Now close IE by the red X and choose all tabs (if relevant).

Reopening IE should open all pages to the last closed size.

Another way is to maximize it, hold CTRL key, then go File>Exit. It should open full size next time.
