Program wont run "Open with" option always pops up

Ok curently i have a pop up virus.. i have a program to delete the virus but cant update or run it properly( i have to install it over and over because it wont load with the launcher. When i try update it nothing happens. How can i change how the program is launched, s that the open with option doesnt pop up anymore.

Try Safe Mode.

If that doesn't work please start a new thread in the Security section as they would be best able to assist you in these matters.
