CD/DVD drive problem

In My Computer rt click on either drive doesnt show a Recording tab which I need to backup some info from Brothers Keeper. Any ideas please.

Hi isca sorry to here you problems, if you go into My Computer on your control panel does it show your CD & DVD players, are your drivers up to date and can you give the spec of your PC and do you have a burning suite, and have you downloaded XP SP3.

Optical drives don't need extra drivers under XP.
