Hi juyohan and welcome.

How do you know it is your video card?

The obvious, did you check the resolution? Are all cable connections tight and secure (some monitors have detachable cord so check the monitor end too).

When did this happen? What events occurred that led up to this point?

To make sure it is not the monitor failing to sync with the card, I would swap the monitor from another computer. If the second monitor does the same thing, then you can suspect the card.

What happens in Safe Mode?

Just to add from your scan you have no video card detected which in general implies you have no drivers installed.
