Fatal Execution Engine Error

Hello, I am currently running Windows XP SP3 on my Dell Dimension E310 desktop. Whenever logging into an XP user account, I get the following error message:

Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927f26e)

This is then followed by another error in dsca.exe:

"exception that cannot be handled"
Process id = 0xc54(3156), Thread id = 0x1c0(448)

The above happens twice. What is this, and how do I get rid of it?

Thanks,

Evan
